29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: (a) At the Lot 2 Sandhill Dr., Mosinee jobsite; fall protection was not used while working from an exterior bracket scaffold system exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 11'-5" in the front of the house and approximately 11'-4" on the back of the house.
