29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) MO Construction, LLC @ 2 Wayfarer Ct., Ballwin, MO 63021: On and before May 6, 2015, five employees engaged in roofing work on 4 in 12 pitch, single family home and were not equipped with some form of fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet as measured from ground to eve in the front of the home. MO Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection 987232, citation number 1, item number 3, issued on September 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 11712 Beaverton Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044.
