29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Worksite, Par Bake Production Department: Employees working with Mecatherm S.A./Conveyor 042/Line 9 (Model #Q080263-01) was exposed to unguarded sprocket wheels and chains; on or about 5/09/15. Wenner Bread Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219 (f)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956509, citation number 1, item number 1 issued on 4/21/2014 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2001 Orville Drive, Bohemia, NY 11716. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation was already documented in the case file, the employer needs not submit abatement certification or documentation for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
