OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a) Club Reduce of Hermitage - On or about, and dates prior to, May 12, 2015, Massage Therapists and Chiropractic Assistants were exposed to eye injury hazards from Class IIIB laser radiation hazards while operating the Erchonia, Zerona, 635nm wavelength module. Employees were not provided adequate eye protection.
