On 5/14/15, in the Meat Department area, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 8'2" to lower levels as the area above the Meat Dept. office area was used as storage for packaging materials and was not equipped with fall protection. Employees routinely retrieved stored items from this area.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
