29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Atlanta Oriental Food Wholesale Company dba Buford Highway Farmers Market - In the meat department, employees poured, mixed and cleaned with a bleach solution, classified as corrosive. A suitable eye wash station was not provided in that the eye wash station was not maintained in the upright position where both eyes can be flushed immediately if the event of a corrosive chemical splash, on or about 5/14/15.

The employee had work restrictions for 7 days. The injury was not recorded in the OSHA 300 log within seven days, on or about 5/14/15.  b) Atlanta Oriental Food Wholesale Company dba Buford Highway Farmers Market - In the receiving dock area, an employee experienced a recordable shoulder and elbow injury while lifting boxes on 4/18/15. The employee had work restrictions for 12 days. The injury was not recorded in the OSHA 300 log within seven days, on or about 5/14/15.
