29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(iii)(b): During hoisting, the load contacted obstructions: On or 4/28/2015 an employee was operating the Krano crane, model # TRE-BG Serial # 4857, and lifted an end cap of an electrical tank, without the load being cleared of obstructions. The end cap was caught on the fixture pin when the load was lifted.
