(ANSI/IIAR-2-2008)    d) Roof top vents from the relief headers in the engine room exhaust downwards toward catwalks and ladders to the evaporative condensers. (ANSI/IIAR-2-2008)    e) The brine chiller had extensive corrosion present and damaged insulation that was not repaired and corrected.
