29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a- Steel Building Components Inc. dba Super Stud Building Products, Inc., Edison, NJ, Throughout Facility - Training and Written Certification was not done for all employees operating Forklift Trucks. Training to include, but not limited to: -Truck safety related topics and workplace related topics; -Evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace. Certification is to include, but not be limited to, the name of the operator, the date of the training or the evaluation, the name of the person providing the training or evaluation, etc. Condition noted on or about 5/14/2015.
