29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): A continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95( c) through (n ) was not instituted when employee noise exposures equaled or exceeded an 8 hour time weighted average sound level (TWA) of 85dBA:            Legacy Converting, Inc / Cranbury NJ: The Employer did not provide a continuing effective Hearing Conservation Program for employees exposed to noise above 85 dBA. Employees were exposed to continuous noise levels equivalent to 75.36%  (87.9 dbA) and 129.8% (91.8 dbA) respectively of the allowable dose of 50%, or 85 dBA for an 8-hour TWA. The levels are above the 8-hour TWA of 85dBA over 400 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for all unsampled time periods.     Observed on or about 05/15/2015.
