29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a)   300 Angelo Cifelli Drive, Harrison, NJ.  Employee brushing with a wire brush and washing the exterior brick wall with a bleach solution was exposed to eye injuries from the solution and from the wire brushing of the brick and mortar as no eye protection was in use.                                Violation was observed on or about 05/07/2015.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):   A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)   300 Angelo Cifelli Drive, Harrison, NJ.  Employee brushing and washing the exterior brick wall from the basket of an aerial lift was exposed to being catapulted out of the basket of the Genie telescopic boom lift as fall protection or restraint was not being used.                        Violation was observed on or about 05/07/2015.
