Such inspections by a competent person would have identified and addressed unsafe jobsite conditions such as the proper use of PPE, damage electrical cords, set up and use of ladders and scaffolding, no fall protection provided working above six feet.

Affordable Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 317749893, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/2/15, with respect to a workplace located at 201 N. Hugo Ave. Duluth, MN 55812. The employer does not require the use of any form of fall protection during roofing work. This violation was most recently observed at 7503 Feith St. Weston, WI 54476, where seven employees were not protected from fall hazards between 9 feet and greater than 30 feet to the ground. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that its employees performing roofing work are protected from falls, and that no employee is allowed onto a roof more than 6 feet above a lower level without adequate fall protection. Affordable Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 317749893, citation number 1, item number 2B, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/2/15, with respect to a workplace located at 201 N.
