29 CFR 1926.51(f): Adequate washing facilities were not provided for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants might have been harmful to the employees: Commercial Construction, On or about, May 19, 2015, employees were exposed to a caustic chemical hazard from using Laticrete CG Multi thin-set mortar (Portland Cement) while applying it on floors and not having an adequate hand washing station.
