On 5/5/15, in the production area, employees were exposed to tripping hazards as product (pipe) was staged around work stations requiring employees to step over the pipes as they guided finished product with hoists to the middle aisle. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
