29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: Building 5, Warehouse: A metal sign was installed where it extended approximately 10 inches into the aisle where forklifts were operated. On May 17, 2015 an employee sustained injuries to upper extremities when the operator backed a forklift into a column where a metal sign protruded approximately 10 inches into a main aisle. The employee sustained amputation of some fingers.
