29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: (a) 625 North Spring Street, Middletown Pennsylvania, Building 7 - Employees used 2 enclosed stairs to travel between floors. The employer did not ensure that handrails were provided on the stairs., on or about May 14, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
