On or about August 15, 2015, the employer was using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe to transport air with a pressure of an approximated 110 pounds per square inch (psi) to operate equipment thoughout the workshop.  The PVC piping was not approved for use with compressed air and could fail or rupture, exposing employees to laceration and punctured hazards.
