On June 6, 2018, in the upper shop, full and empty oxygen cylinders were stored near full and empty fuel gas cylinders, exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. On June 7, 2018, in the upper shop, the power cord to the machine did not have strain relief, exposing the inner insulation. Suwannee Iron Works was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1066308, citation number 1, item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 22618 CR 49, Obrien, Florida 32071.
