29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact: a) 1720 Fairmount Ave. Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure that the energized (120 volts) light socket for temporary lighting was guarded against accidental contact, no light bulb installed nor was a guard installed thus exposing the employees to shock/electrocution hazards. This condition was observed on or about May 28, 2015.
