29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) On or about May 27, 2015, during cutting activities on the Trim Saw #3, machine number T3, located in the reclaim area, the employer did not ensure that the exposed electrical conduit protect the three electrical insulator wires from abrasions when entering the electrical fitting. The electrical conduit was damaged exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
