29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:   a. On or about May 28, 2015 and at times prior, Manceroof, Inc. (controlling employer) did not ensure that employees of Carlos Reyna, Francisco Hernandez, and Jesus Conejo were protected with fall protection systems while working on the eave of the roof. Nine employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 to 30 feet high.  Manceroof, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1003215, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/03/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2901 State Avenue, Billings, MT 59101.
