At the pre-engineering bay where employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by steel parts when being transported with below the hook mechanical lifting devices, such as but not limited to, spreader beams that were shop made: a) The rated load was not marked on its main structure or on a tag attached to its main structure, as observed on or about 05/21/2015. b) Inspections were not performed by a designated person, as observed on or about 05/21/2015.
