29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: For the employees working at 16501 Honore Avenue in Nokomis Florida as observed on or about 23 June 2020. Employees were using an extension cord that was missing the path to ground. The extension cord was supplying power to the employees using portable blowers on the roof.
