S.M. Masonry Walls Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 110926, citation 1, item 6, and was affirmed final order on or about February 29, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3656 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL 60613. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
