29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a.) On or about June 5, 2015, the Jet Bandsaw SN#0805310 in the manufacturing area used to cut metal was not properly guarded. Employees were exposed to 4.5 inches of unused portion of the saw blade on the left and 4 inches on the right when operating the equipment.  b.) On or about June 5, 2015, the Proman Roller Model MCA2017 in the manufacturing area used to roll metal was not properly guarded. Employees were exposed to rotating parts when operating the equipment.
