29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about May 19, 2015, the employer allowed his employees to do decking work on a roof without proper fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall of over 6 feet to the ground below. Thomas Hines Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314932419, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 401 W. Covell Rd., Edmond, OK 73003. Thomas Hines Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 417063, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1800 W. Albany Dr. Broken, OK, 74014.
