This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 40 feet to the ground on the West side of the building.                 (b)  Umanzor Framing LLC at 3127 W Conejos Pl, Denver, CO:  On or before May 28, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees framing a section on the top level of a multi-unit residential building were not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the level below on the East side of the building.             (c)   Umanzor Framing LLC at 3127 W Conejos Pl, Denver, CO:  On or before May 28, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees framing a section on the top level of a multi-unit residential building were not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 10 feet by falling through floor joists to the level below.            (d)  Umanzor Framing LLC at 3127 W Conejos Pl, Denver, CO:  On or before May 28, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees framing on the third level of a multi-unit residential building were not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 30 feet to the ground on the East side of the building.
