29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a- Access to the emergency exit serving the rear of the merchandise receiving room at the back of the store was completely blocked by upright pallets placed across the exit route. The condition(s) / hazard(s) were noted on or about 6/4/2015. Burlington Coat Factory was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980241, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/21/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 700 Exterior Street, Bronx, NY 10451.
