29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) Burlington Stores, Inc. 6747 Hadley Road, SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ 07080: Employer did not maintain free access to equipment or passageways in that excess garbage bags over and around equipment were not removed. Aisles were filled with plastic and paper from unboxing incoming merchandise, exposing employees to slipping hazards. Condition noted on or about 04/03/2023.
