One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.  a. On or about May 30, 2015, located in Building #1 in the Condenser Department at the T2F Condenser Header Pre-Set Load/Unloader, employees hand loaded condenser parts onto a Dual Shuttle Table where a light curtain had been installed too high, exposing the loader operator to the moving parts of the machine creating an amputation hazard.
