29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Retail Sales Floor - Pieces of tile were on the floor from overhead damaged acoustic ceiling tiles, on or about 06/09/2015. b) Back Storage Room - Pieces of tile were on the floor from overhead damaged acoustic ceiling tiles, on or about 06/09/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
