29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: JOB SITE: 15450 Squires Way Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63017, on or about 6/9/2015, a worker was observed on top of a 6/12 pitch roof, actively installing new roof shingles operating a pneumatic nail gun without any form of eye or face protection. The worker was exposed to a struck-by hazard.
