Guardrails were used as used as a means of egress. a. 4 Wood Hollow Road Parsippany, NJ Employees engaged in welding activities from a Skyjack Scissor Lift egressed the lift by climbing on the mid and top rails of the basket onto the roof surface, thereby exposing the worker to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet.
