Mauricio Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961396, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 223 S. Bodin St., Hinsdale, IL 60521. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
