On or about June 11, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. On or about June 11, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a steep sloped roof, fifteen (15') feet nine (9" ) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with falls. The Lange Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911397, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 2, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 15933 S. Ellis, South Holland, IL 60473.
