29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     Employees were working on the north side on a lower level of a building installing windows. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard to the outside of the building and to the inside of the building of approximately 13 feet while working.      Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).      C.A.D Contract Glazing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.501 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 110776, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 13, 2012 , with respect to a workplace located at 630 O'Hare Cargo Road, Chicago, IL.
