29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    1) Floor Truss Building Chord Saw machine, Air Line - An employee was operating the chord saw machine where the strain relief device in electrical equipment were damaged on the air line, allowing strain to be directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards of 110 volts.
