On or about 08/25/2016, Doors and Windows area - employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while operating the Paslod component nailer machine (model CM2, serial # C2A1509), in that, the guards were missing. An employee suffered an amputation on his left hand pinkie finger when the finger was caught between a metal clamp and the wood boards.  b. On or about 08/31/2016, Doors and Windows area - employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while operating the Paslod component nailer machine (model CM2, serial # C2A1509), in that, the employer permitted employees to operate the machine without guards.
