29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible administrative engineering controls were not utilized: a) Sidematcher operator: On June 11, 2015 and at times prior the employer required employees to perform duties in areas of the work place where the employee is exposed to noise at levels of 621.9% (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 103.2 dBA). The employer did not evaluate for or utilize feasible administrative or engineering controls. Miller & Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.95(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911535, citation number 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2013.
