29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about June 15, 2015, two workers were installing flashing materials on the second story roof of a residential condo under construction up to approximately 26 feet high without fall protection, exposing workers to a fall hazard. b) On or about June 15, 2015, a worker was installing weatherproofing tar paper to the roof of a residential condo under construction up to approximately 19 feet high without fall protection, exposing the worker to a fall hazard. c) On or about June 15, 2015, a worker was installing weatherproofing materials on the exterior of the residential condo under construction up to approximately 10 feet high without fall protection, exposing the worker to a fall hazard.
