29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1): Every flight of stairs having four or more risers was not equipped with standard stair railings or standard handrails as specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(i) through (v) of this section, the width of the stair to be measured clear of all obstructions except handrails: a) Production floor/Maintenance area- Maintenance employees were using stairs having four or more risers without handrails, exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) Georgia Cold Storage Production Floor; Employees were required to work with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Frost Free, GoJo Natural hand cleaner, Pure Brite Bleach, and Klean Strip Acetone. The employer did not provide training on the new label elements and safety data sheet format.
