29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) At least one employee was exposed to falls from approximately 32 feet while unloading wood and other materials from a forklift;    (b) At least 7 employees were exposed to falls from approximately 32 feet while installing joists.     Jose Sergio Rostro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968774, citation number 01, item number 001and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2155 Marilla Street, Dallas, TX 75212.     Jose Sergio Rostro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968774, citation number 01, item number 001and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 555 S. Cease Chavez, Dallas, TX 75201.
