29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501.   a) This violation occurred on or about December 23, 2016, where an employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard.         Jose Sergio Rostro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1071591, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1315 Palm Canyon Drive, Dallas, TX 75204.   Jose Sergio Rostro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070918, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2110 Tetley Drive, Dallas, TX 75201.   Jose Sergio Rostro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968774, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 555 S. Cesar Chavez, Dallas, TX 75201.
