Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized struck-by and crush-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: a) In the warehouse/production area, employees were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards from storage racks not being properly anchored to the floor. This violation was observed on or about June 17, 2015.
