29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employees, who were engaged in residential construction activities from the low slopped roof of a residential house at a height above six feet were protected from fall hazards by the use of guardrails, safety nets, personal fall arrest systems or a monitoring system. Landmark Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315907568, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, as a Repeat, and issued on 1/19/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 5 Robin Hood Lane, Darien, CT and became a final order on 2/29/2012.
