Astoria, NY Employees applying stucco exterior wall of a 2-story house on the fabricated frame scaffolds were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock. Energized power lines were crossed on the top of the working platform. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
