29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: (a). Worksite located at 5301 Faraon Street, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from employees working overhead and were not provided any means of head protection. One employee was observed ducking underneath an raised aerial lift while pushing a wheel barrel and was not wearing a hard hat.
