29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: At the worksite located at 519 Felix Street, Saint Joseph MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards when guardrail systems were not installed past the end of the scaffold to the building to protect employees working on a ledge off the scaffold. This was documented on or about 6-27-2023.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the worksite located at 519 Felix Street, Saint Joseph MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards when an employee was working on a ledge after stepping off a nearby scaffold to the ledge. The employee's harness was not attached to an anchor point and no other means of fall protection was in place. This was documented on or about 6-27-2023.
