29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. (a) Employees moving electric pallet jacks and forklifts into the battery recharging area, were exposed to slipping hazards created by wet floors.

Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace: (a) The forklift training program was inadequate in that it did not include training on how to handle and respond to pedestrian traffic in and around the trailers on the loading dock.
