29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) North wall of the Outdoor Recreation Storage Room: Two tarps/tents each with a portable air compressor laying on top, were stored on the top shelf and they were listing toward (or hanging over) the edge of the shelving, which could fall and strike employees working or walking by on the floor located 8 feet below. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a) South wall of the Outdoor Recreation Work Room: A Nesco bench grinder used for odd grinding jobs was not equipped with a tongue guard or an upper peripheral member which could be adjusted as the abrasive wheel decreased in diameter. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. a) Southeast corner of the Cage - Hazardous Materials Center: Two (2) oxygen compressed gas cylinders were found to be stored within 3.5 inches of four (4) Acetylene compressed gas cylinders. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
